A project with many
moving parts.

Coordination matters as much below ground as it does above it.

The project records cover a grease interceptor and septic-system scope, excavation and delivery planning, plumbing and electrical coordination, inspections, testing and site restoration.

ACA's role was owner representation: following the scope, coordinating communication and helping keep responsibilities and next steps visible to the owner. Installation and specialist work belong to the relevant contractors and consultants.

This summary describes the documented scope and ACA's role. It does not certify installation completion or final agency approval.
