Space planning, moodboards, materials, lighting, kitchen and bathroom design, furniture and fixture selections, interior elevations, renderings and optional procurement coordination.

Design for life outside.

Landscape design and outdoor-living concepts connect gardens, patios, decks and gathering areas. Coordinate the design with civil, drainage and other specialist input as the project requires.

Consider every daily detail.

Kitchen, bathroom and built-in cabinetry design and supply. Coordinate layouts, finishes, storage, specifications and ordering with the agreed project scope.

Begin with what exists.

Matterport and LiDAR scanning document existing conditions. Revit models, drawings and walkthroughs help designers, consultants and owners work from a shared starting point.

Connect the specialists.

Bring structural, civil, soils/geotechnical, MEP, surveying and other consultants into the design and permitting conversation. Each specialist’s services and responsibilities are defined for the project.

Carry the design into the work.

Coordinate the agreed construction scope, specialist trades, material decisions, site questions, inspections and closeout. Construction responsibilities are established in the project agreement.
