Your interests at the center

Someone responsible
for following through.

At ACA, we represent the homeowner’s interests: providing an advocate, clear information, and a dedicated representative coordinating the people and decisions behind the project.

You shouldn’t have to chase every engineer, interpret every proposal, or wonder who is handling the next step.

Your ACA representative brings the architectural designers, consultants, contractor, and trades together on your behalf. We track the questions, communicate your priorities, and follow up on the items that move your project forward.

01
Scope & team

Start with clear responsibilities

Define the intended work and coordinate the designers, engineers, surveyor, and other specialists needed for your property.

02
Bids & contractor selection

Understand what you are comparing

Prepare a clear bid package, coordinate contractor vetting, compare proposals and exclusions, and help you understand the proposed scope and payment milestones.

03
Progress & communication

Know where the project stands

Follow progress, coordinate consultant and contractor questions, and keep decisions and unresolved items visible to the homeowner.

04
Changes & payment requests

Review before you decide

Help examine proposed change orders and progress payment requests against the agreed scope and reported progress. You retain approval of changes and payments.

05
Inspections & closeout

Bring the open items to a close

Coordinate inspection scheduling, request appropriate lien-waiver documentation, follow the punch list, and track the steps toward final city approval and occupancy.

A coordinated team.
Clear roles.

ACA represents and coordinates for the homeowner. The relevant professionals provide their specialist services, and the contractor manages construction under the agreed project arrangements. The homeowner approves commitments; the city and inspectors issue the required approvals.

Why ACA was founded

A company behind
the coordination.

ACA grew from the idea that homeowners should have a company bringing the people, responsibilities and next steps together through design, permitting and construction.

That idea is at the heart of owner representation: someone following the whole process on your behalf, while each specialist carries out their agreed role.
